| | 事情是这样的.客人是匈牙利的,我发了一批样品,DHL单上的海关申报价值填的是USD60.货到匈牙利海关我被通知,客人自己把PI改成总金额USD26, 拿去提货,结果货被海关扣了..我需要写一个什么证明,客人才能提货..我就写信问客人,希望我证明是60还是26,他就回了我 这个I dont like change the PI, but that you sent with the goods was very defective. Sorry, but the chines word and character is not good for the european customs. They can not read the proforma. If you can send me new PI with latin style and you write in : "samle - free of charge" and the total cost is $40, then I will get the goods maybe. 我开始怀疑我的专业八级***是怎么考到的....因为这段话我真的不怎么懂=_=

1。 抱歉， 但是你是不是新手呢？
2. 从他的邮件来看的话， 你们所做的PI是不是用中文或者含有中文呢？

3.你所做的PI是原价值还是低价值呢？ 还有产品的描述是怎么样的？

因为在有些***进口产品的时候有些词是敏感的， 在海关查得很紧， 从他的邮件来看你可能在产品描述或者价值描述上不太好 。
*域名隐藏* you can send me new PI with latin style and you write in : "samle - free of charge" and the total cost is $40, then I will get the goods maybe. 所以从第三点得到第四点， 他要你重新做PI给他， 当然他这里写的：Latin style PI ，我也不明白他指的到底是什么意思，但是有一点可以肯定的是他要的是 形式*** Proforma Invoice ， 并且在上面注明 Sample -free of charge 这样客户就可以不用付关税了。 同时记得盖上公司章， 有时不用章也可以但是如果那边海关比较严的话你盖上章就不会那么麻烦 。
5. 当然 ， 从客户的邮件来看， 不知道是我们的水平太低了还是我们的水平太高了。。。不过做外贸这是很普遍的事情，有时候你要根据客户的邮件去猜测他的意思，并不是每个客户英文都讲得好的 。 这点是外贸人员必备的本事 。。。
6.还有一点要提醒的是： 几乎所有的东西都是可以在网上找得到的 。 一定在记住这一点。 希望对你有所帮助 ！
