| | 大家好，我以前没有做过信用证，但我今天来到一个新公司上班***天，上司要我翻译信用证，翻译后他说很多地方不对，也不告诉我为什么不对，可我想了很久，也只能是那样的翻译了。但他说不对，实在没有办法，只有请大家帮我翻译以下的句子： *域名隐藏* set of clean shipped on board marine bill of *域名隐藏* out to the order of international bank of England marked freight prepaid and notify applicant.
2. Marine insurance policy or certificate in duplicate,in the currency of the credit and negotination form for the full invoice value plus 10 pct covering institute cargo *域名隐藏* ing the risk of leakage from warehouse to warehouse, and institute war clauses.
3. Packing list/weight list in duplicate
*域名隐藏* documents must be bear our L/C No. 12345633. Payment adn negotiation of documents under reserve guarantee or indumnity are not allowed.
5. B/L showing costs additional to freight charges as per art no. 33(d) not acceptable.
6. Documents forwarded for approval without indicating discrip shall be treated as collection documents as per art no. 14. 另，请大家能说说审核信用证的技巧与方法吗？ 谢谢！

| 对于初次接触这来讲，这样的LC条款翻译起来的确不容易。
*域名隐藏* set of clean shipped on board marine bill of *域名隐藏* out to the order of international bank of England marked freight prepaid and notify applicant.---全套已装船海运提单，注明凭international bank of England指示、运费预付，通知人为信用证申请人。
2. Marine insurance policy or certificate in duplicate,in the currency of the credit and negotination form for the full invoice value plus 10 pct covering institute cargo *域名隐藏* ing the risk of leakage from warehouse to warehouse, and institute war clauses.---两份可议付（正本）海运保单或保险证明，按信用证货币、***金额加10%投保货物运输险，不包括仓至仓泄露险和战争险。
3. Packing list/weight list in duplicate----两份装箱单或者重量单。
*域名隐藏* documents must be bear our L/C No. 12345633. Payment adn negotiation of documents under reserve guarantee or indumnity are not allowed.
-----所有单据必须注明信用证号码12345633。不允许凭保函或者担保议付/付款。
5. B/L showing costs additional to freight charges as per art no. 33(d) not acceptable.----提单上列明除运费外art no. 33(d)指出的附加费用不接受。
6. Documents forwarded for approval without indicating discrip shall be treated as collection documents as per art no. 14.
提交单据没有做出描述（？）将根据art no. 14作为托收单据处理。--这好象给银行的指示，我不是很理解，可能翻译的有错误啊！

---根据HOD bank信用证条款，在索汇日期5个纽约（银行）工作日内限定付款给ABC公司。
*域名隐藏* negotiating bank is requested to forward documents to us in two lots, the original by DHL courier and duplicate by *域名隐藏* airmail to the following address----要求议付银行分两批寄单，原件（正本）用DHL，副件（不一定是副本啊！）用挂号信寄下列地址。

| 我翻译的也差不多是你这个意思，但我的老大说不对，可能没有符合他的意思吧，每个人的理解有一点点不同，翻个大概就可以了，我也是这样认为。还说要我上书城买这方面的书看，请问有没有这方面比较好的书推荐呀。谢谢你呀
