Message Looking for an investor to help me purchase and renovate a 17 story, 207 room abandoned hotel in downtown el paso, texas, usa. El paso is on the mexican border. It is a large tourist city and the gateway to mexico. Hotel was abandoned for lack of fire sprinkler system and deteriorated plumbing. Located next to downtown exit of interstate freeway (i-10). Has nightclub and ball room on top floor with incredible view of 2 countries and 3 states, restaurant and stores on main floor. Will need $7 million us total investment to turn it into a first class luxury hotel. Appraised value after renovation is over $12 million us, that is a $5 million us gain on invested value in 7 months. A foreign investor/partner may obtain legal residency in usa.
