| 6.2 30% of total money to be paid by wire Transfer as advance payment against the presentation of the following documents:
-Performance Bond (Bank Guarantee) issued by International well-known bank for governs the total value of down payment to guarantee the seller will execute this contract (within 180 days).180天的银行资金保函，能接受吗，我们设备交货期是90天。
6.3 70% of total money to be paid through irrevocable L/C at sight, wherein
6.3.1 50% of total money is payable at sight against the presentation to the bank of the following documents:
-Certificate certifying, that the Exporter has been informed of the date of
Shipment notice sent at least 14 working days before loading date. （***证实，卖方至少在装船日期14个工作日期接到买方的装船通知） - Shipping Notice from buyer to certify that the production line can be effected the shipment from Chinese factory.（来自买方的装船通知，证实可以从中国工厂执行装运）
这两条款能接受吗，如果信用证装船日期到了，然后交单日期也到了，客户还没把装船通知发过来，我们交单不就来不急了吗
6.3.2 The balance 20% of total money to be paid after installation and commission
The payment should be against the following documents:
- “The 1 Year Warranty Certificate” issued by the seller and signed and stamped by buyer
如果一年质保期由客户签字盖章，客户迟迟不肯签字怎么办。我们余额不是拿不到了
