| 发帖时间 - 2004/8/26 20:41:34 | 经过一个多月的来往谈判,总算做成***笔一个20'小柜. 接触了这嚒多客户,我还是喜欢欧美的.我以前在国营外贸(国营外贸现在早已变挂靠制或股份制拉)公司做了几年,(现在我觉得很亏,在里面学到了许多知识,但效益比现在差了许多,有时侯想起来还愤愤不平,直咬牙,社会分配制度确实不合理!),做的是球类,各种各样的橡胶与皮质球,毕业到公司的第十个月碰上了春交会,部门经理一直很欣赏我,带我去了,以前一直带另一个老业务员去的.后来还听说那个老兄到总经理那里告了一状.不过也没辙.那次去广交会,收了多少名片,忘记了,我清楚的记得,共成交了三个单子,1个20'小柜,2票散货.一南美的 客户要了一小柜.回家后,南美客户很快把L/C开来了.一票散货是一个瑞典客户订的,才一纸箱PU革足球,***少了,但相对利润率***,那个老兄一分钱价都没还.回公司发传真催了好几次,客户才有回音,各位要是耐心不够,可能早不理他了,后面的事情可能就不会发生了.催了好几次,客户终于答应先把货款先打来,经理嫌金额小,弄了个什么私人帐号给我,那时我也不 懂他为什么要这样做,也没问.当然后来才明白了.钱到帐后,货发出去了.又去跟踪他.谁知他 抱怨说纸箱角上有个洞,少了一只球.我心里在诅咒哪个该死的货代,忙不迭的发传真向他道歉,表示我会用快件再寄一只球过去作为补偿.但我心里很紧张,就怕老先生一口答应,我就 惨了,赚的一点利润全要进去了.让我开心的是,老先生居然安慰我说相信不是我的事情,不用 再寄了.其后,又陆续下了几个单子.9月底,他要过来一趟,要我去接他,陪他去参观上海和无锡的几家制球厂.我又紧张了.这几家厂本身是可以自营出口的.我担心客户会被他们抢去.赶紧向经理汇报,和其他老业务员商讨对策.各位猜猜我如何度过这个难关. _____________________________________________________________________________ 要闭关喽.

| 发帖时间 - 2004/8/27 10:00:03 | In case the moulding fee is a comparatively big number, don't hesitate to let your customer know about the amount of moulding fee and ask your customer to pay for it. But I don't not mean to suggest you to collect all of *域名隐藏* s you may ask your customer to pay about 50%(it's up to you) and tell him that it will be deducted from the following possible order. If the guy is willing to do this transaction, I think he will condiser it resonable.
