This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been prepared and signed on January 3,2006 by and between B and A, each of whom is singularly referred to as a “Party” and all of whom together are referred to as the “Parties”. Whereas,
B has notified and informed A.,upcoming international tenders issued by the Syrian Government under the brief title of Buying /500000/ new brass valves (size 19.8mm), (the project) and has asked A if they would be interested to participate in the prequalification process. Whereas,
A replied affirmatively, adding that they see no problem meeting all the prequalification criteria and that they had no problem in working with B as an agent. Now Therefore,
The Parties have agreed on the following: 1.A.,has decided to participate, under its own name, for the tenders and to submit a responsive bid for the tenders.
2. B will buy the tenders Documents under A,name for forwarding the same to A agrees to use TAS’ services as sole and designated agent.
3. This MOU agreement will be replaced by Agency Agreement soon.
4. Parties agree to work with each other exclusively and confidentially for these
tenders and respect each others rights and responsibilities.
5. This MOU is signed by the authorized representatives of each Party.
