| Thanks for your attached e-mail proforma invoice Number PI2005121901 dated Dec 19-2005 with the total amount of USD4.465.000.00 were well recieved and noted.
Further more,we wish to inform you that we have today submited the same to the buying organization for your invoice final approval and for your payment establishment 100% swift telegraphic transfer to your bank.
During our submition today they made us to understand that before they will procced with your invoice approval proccedures and for your payment establishment,they will firstly provide their Contract Agreement for your study and confirmation.
Therefore we advice you to remain so far as we will expect to recieve the copy of the agreement from the buying organization soonest,and the same will be fowarded to you for your study.
