3使用一种特殊资金去支付的命令，仍然是一种有条件的支付命令（英国***法第3条）故不能接受。例如：“从我们的1号帐户支付给ABC公司金额为1000美元”——不能接受。（Pay to ABC *域名隐藏* of the proceeds in our No.1 account the sum of one thousand US dollars——unacceptable）。
4支付命令连接着付款人可以借记某帐户的字样，则是无条件的，可以接受。例如：“支付给ABC银行或其***人金额为1000美元并将此金额借记申请人开设在你行的帐户”——可以接受。（Pay to ABC Bank or order the sum of one thousand US dollars and charge /debit same to applican's account maintained with you——acceptable）。
5支付命令连接着发生汇票交易的陈述也是无条件的，可以接受。例如：“支付给ABC银行或其***人，金额为1000美元，按照纽约XYZ银行于2005年8月15日开立的信用证第12345号开出这张汇票”——可以接受（Pay to ABC Bank or order the sum of one thousand US dollars.
