| 请教一个问题,给伊朗人走海运,不能跟他们办理提单电放???伊朗人必须要正本提单才能清关? 电放的提单他们不能提货和清关????请高手提点

| 提单已经电放了,客户现在要求我提供正本,我已经解释了很多次了,真不知道她是怎么想的

| This small consignment has taken so much of our time and surly your time. But we have contacted the custom here and also the customer's responsible person who clears their consignment from the custom and with several shipping agencies but they all say that we must have orignal B/L, certificate of origin,packing list, and invoice.
Therefore I kindly request you to do what ever in your power to get the originals and send them to us by DHL, otherwise we will lose this customer and their next order is about 5000 kg. We will lose the customer and you will put us in a bad position and the customer will claim all the penalties from CDGA (our company) and according to the business law in Iran we will be faced by paying penalties +the amount that the customer has paid for the consignment.
Therefore I desperatly request you to do anything that you can to get the original of the mentioned documents to avoid any loses because we have started a business together and we are planning to make this long term and already the samples are send out.
Pls. do anything that you can to get the original to us by DHL.
前提是提单已经电放了

| 我也有同样的情况,上礼拜5放掉的提单,客人还是一个劲的催我要提单..下次也懒的放了

| | 电放提单楼主给他传真了吗？复印件也单正本提单用的，让他背书和搞订了 也有的船公司没有电放提单的传真件，给你一个电放号，凭这个号码，就可以到目的港代理处提供相映资料和费用，（尤其是费用）就可以去先清关再提货了。
