I would like to know if the water tank can come in a rolling corrugated BHP Zincalume steel to form a hoop or ring and then inserting a water proof membrane commonly known as a liner.
 
Better still can they come in wall parcels then bolted making the tank tamper proof as well as stiffening and strengthening the tank.
This way makes it convenient to transport as it can be knocked down to 1% or therabout of its assembled volume.
