| 大家好，能不能帮我看一下信用证上的这句话是什么意思？谢谢！：notwithstanding the rule referred to in article 14(D) and (E)of ucp 500 dealing with the procedures to be adopted by banks in the process of refusing discrepant documents at the disposal of or returning them to the presenter,we shall ,unless we are discrepant documents to our customers without further reference to the presenter, in the event that these documents have been taken up by the applicant/our customers subsequent to our refusal of these documents.
