| 1.受益人出具体的签字***并注明全部C&F HODEIDAH 货值,原产地中国,***正本须贸促会认证.
2.全套3/3清洁已装船海运提单抬头为united bank limited,hodeidah,提单上须有由船公司,或其代理人签注,注明运费已付,通知人处注明,开证人,和开证行.

*域名隐藏* form and clause B/L unacceptable shipment on deck is prohibited unless goods are shipped in container.
2.B/L must evidence the actual date of departure of vessel from the port of loading in addition to shipped or on board date,forwarder house B/L and NVOCC B/L are not acceptable.

| 1.略式提单和禁运品不放入容器里的舱面提单不予接受.
2.提单必须显示实际装船日和启运日. forwarder house B/L and NVOCC B/L are not acceptable这个我也不知道到底是谁签发的这两种提单不予接受!

giving full details of shipment *域名隐藏* of carrying vessel,bill of lading number and date,port of loading,total value of goods and E.T.A. at hodeidah port required and copies of fax messages with fax confirmation receipt to be attached to the shipping documents.
