With possibility to increasing of filling volume.

3.       Minimum product speed:            1000 bottles/h

4.       Closing bottles with rubber stoppers machine included.

5.       Closing bottles with metal seals machine included.

6.       Sticker pasting machine included with date printing device.

7.       Closing machine is compatible with many types of rubber and metal seals without changing machine base or conveyor belt.

8.       The filling machine includes stainless steel syringes, non interacted with chemicals. And includes vibration dampers, noise reduction dampers and prevention of waste liquids.

9.       The filling machine with minimum proportion of waste.

10.   The machine includes 2 rotary bases, one for inner empty bottles and another one for outer full bottles.

11.   The machine includes full central digital controlling system for filling and all operations with changing production speed support, and stopping with any fault and alarm with error report.

12.   The machine includes 2 liquid tanks with volume: 50 Liter, includes liquid level sensor.

13.   The machine includes liquid disposal unites around of working platform.

14.   The machine includes spare parts of the erosion able, like the syringing heads, conveyor belts and rubber and metal closing heads, with priced list of the spare parts and schematic diagram of service, maintenance and operating instructions.

15.   The filling unite must be covered and includes UV sterilization system.

16.   The machine work at 220V 50Hz or 380V 50Hz.

17.   The machine includes automatic lubrication system.

This filling line must be finished manufacturing with up to 120 days from the conclusion of the agreement, includes delivery delay.
