This has been our normal retund of business transaction with other foreign counterparts. we don't pay for the sample because we still have many other expenses to do here upon the arrival of the samples to enable the products scale through the market requirments here.

All you are required to do is, to bear the cost of sending us the samples of the those hanadbags for total verification and hereby place order . That is your own part to play while ours remains for us here as soon as we receive the products.

So that we will conclude at once and place our order.
