以下是客人的邮件内容,我怀疑是骗子,请大家帮忙看看
Dear Sandra,
Thank you for the mail.
This morning I was at the office of the inspection authority and their officer told me to send the following to them.
1. A copy of your company's certificate of Incoporation.
2. A copy of the seller's ID card
3. An inspection fee of 700.00 Euro for the inspection and registration. Each going for 350.00 Euro.
To this end, I need your urgent reply.

***个要求和第二个要求我都想得通,没有什么大问题,可是第三个要求太不合理了. 我们没有要求他们的检验更没有要在他们那里注册, 按理说他们自己检验费用当然他们自己出, 没有道理问我们要, 而且在寄样品的过程中我查过了有一个记录是由于收件人地址不详, 无法派送. 我初步断定是骗子,请大家也帮我坚定一下, 如果需要这个公司的联系信息我也可以提供.

1. It's ok, would you please let us know your fax number please.
2. Please also let us know your fax number and then a copy of our ID will be faxed to you .
3. We have some question about this fee, would you please fax us the report of the inspection and a invoice of this 700.00 Euro dollar, so that we can send you the fee as soon as *域名隐藏* more question we've send you 6pcs samples totally, but what's the reason there's only two items be inspected and registed ? Would you inform us what's the reason ?
4. For the smooth cooperation between us in the further , would you please send us a copy of your company's certificate of Incoporation and a copy of the Exporter's ID card ?
5. Would you please also send us your detailed bank information for the inspection fee payment ? The detailed information should include your bank account, opening bank, swift number, and also the password of the account.
Thanks for your understanding and looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Hopefully we can start our cooperation very soon.

Good morning to you Sandra
First of all, I want to inform you that the inspection of the goods will start when the fee is presented to them. So, no report what so ever. On the other hand, the 2 goods we presented to the ICPC is the representative of your goods. All the other goods you will export to us or to any other client here in the region will have the same certificate to cover them. The most important aspect of this is that your company's name will also be used to register this products, that is to say, any time you are exporting to this region, you dont need any other certificate.
Now, the fee covers the inspection and registration as well. To this end, I want you to send the fee to the attention of our lawyer. He is the one that will send the fee to Council and we dont do anything without his consent and advice. He is our Legal Attorney. As soon as you send the fee to him, he will send it directly to the ICPC, then the payment reciept/invoice you are talking about will be given to you.
Below is his bank Details informations:
A/C NAME - KALU ELEANYA IROLO
A/C NUMBER - 114008548005000
SWIFT CODE - COBB BJBJ
BANK NAME - CONTINENTAL BANK BENIN.
As soon as you make this payment, send the payment slip to me so that I will inform him. He is right now in Tel-aviv, Isreal for business negotiations.
I will send you our certificate of incorporation soon. as well as the Import managers ID card.
I am waiting for your reply on this and pls make sure you send the payment slip once the payment is made.
