CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dear Vivien Wu,

In accordance with the company ACT of 1980 section (11-C)sub-section (IV) article (18-B) establishing this organisation concerning the policy of "Contract terms and conditions" towards our numerous customers/contractors world-wide as negotiated and agreed upon by the committee members of the contract award Board ( CAB ) of this continental Regional Multi-National Economic Community Of West African States(ECOWAS) that all contractors bidding for contract must understand and abide with this Intent letter according to the terms and conditions as stated below :-

1. It is a mandatory condition that all contractor/Suppliers must firstly be registered with CAB with the sum of US$1500.00 only and obtain your contract bidding form with US$320.00 only.

2. Contractor must supply his corporate particulars : i.e. full company address, Bank particulars, etc. for proper records against his or her payment.

 3. Contractor must receive his contract full payment of  100%  before initial  delivery of commodity/goods, as soon as Contract formalities/registration are completed.

4. We guarantee 100 % full payment through Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) by our overseas corresponding bank to suppliers account directly, which is subject to confirmation through their bankers. 

5. Complete set of biding documents which includes. Contract Merit Award Certificate, and other related papers will be issued to contractor/supplier who have successfully registered with the ( CAB ) for reference.

6. Delivery: Initial delivery 15 days after suppliers receipt of 100% full payment by T/ T.

7 Shipment: Partial shipment allowed.

8. Port of delivery : LOME TOGO INT'L AIRPORT.

9. Supplier/Contractor must provide full range physical  samples of the product(s) to the Contract Awarding Board for quality inspection/approval.

10. Duration of contract : Two(2) months contract supply.

Upon verification of this contract terms and conditions you are requested to send your Official ?LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE? to confirm your acceptability and readiness to execute this contract which you will send by fax for adequate attention and notification through your local representative or Lawyer .
