| Recently some problem about the PCB package and d/c,COC,outgoing report,micro-section report,solderability test report were found,details refer to the following:
*域名隐藏* is no clear,formal and exact date code and matched quantity marked on the carton,this will make our operator difficult to input the related data to print our IQC label.
*域名隐藏* are no the date code or lot code on the report,such as COC,outgoing report,micro-section report,soderability test report etc,this will bring much confusion in tracing and its value is also suspected.
For the first item,below is my suggestion:
*域名隐藏* carton try to pack the PCB with only one date code,and the total quantity should be formally written outside carton ,a printed label is expected.
*域名隐藏* the first item is really not feasible,for mantissa of severy different date code example,then there may have two or three date code in one carton,but the precondition is that i require a clear and formal label outside the carton marked with below information:the exact quantity for each date code.
*域名隐藏* applicable,each little bag inside the carton should be marked with the information as below:date code,quantity.
For the second item,Besides the ordinary requirement something should be added to as below:
*域名隐藏* the COC the quantity for every date code and the date code of the solderability test board should be added to.
*域名隐藏* date code should be added to the outgoing report,micro-section report and solderability test report.
