We have accepted everything, but as we need this machines urgently, and it will need our present b/f loading it, could we visit your good office to enable us inspect it with our enginer and shipment as you will know that this is the first business.
And kindly also note that we will come with 65% of the money that reflected with the p/invoice cash after we transfer the ballance in your account.
We will like you to confirm to us asap, so that we can fax or send an attachment our passport and our company certicate informations to you to enable you prepared an invitations letter document to your end.
Hope you will understand me and looking for a good business relationship.
