some samples to our bank, without the samples the l/c
will not be approved, please understand us too. We requeste for samples for quality assurance to
proven the quality to the SGS inspection bureau. We would have pay for the samples but no foreign
exchange approval for such small amount, please take
note. Kindly talk to your boss and let him have a
second thought about this transaction.

| 其实就是为了要样品，而且样品的钱很有可能也是拿不到的。
他要把样品TO BANK，没有银行开L/C还要看样品的，也没有银行是要接触货物的。除非是他们的土政策（不可思议）！

| 哎！这个人罗嗦了这么多不就是想为自己开脱嘛！不想出任何费用就拿到样品，明摆着要诈骗嘛！建议楼主还是要小心哦！我的一个朋友前一段时间就被一个非洲骗子给骗了一把，后来还让老板给炒了。之后见了我就说“以后别跟我提非洲！谁提非洲我跟谁急！”哎~~~~
