如果未收到供应商的正式订单或***小订单量，那么购买原材料须得到海关的书面批核。
如果原材料没有在6个月内使用掉，将收到保管费。

| 原文感觉非常别扭，个人理解：如果供应商收不到正式订购单或要求有***小订货量，则客户必须提供原材料购买书面授权。如果原材料没有在6个月内使用掉，将收取保管费。
