SALES AGENT AGREEMENT

This agreement is made on the date of  _________
Between
1- ¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª Co., Ltd., having its principal place of business and head office at ¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª ¡ª¡ª, representing by¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª (hereinafter referred to as the MANUFACTURE)
and
2- ¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª, having its principle place of business at ¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª¡ª hereinafter referred to as the DISTRIBUTOR)

Now it is hereby agreed as follows

1- The DISTRIBUTOR shall help the MANUFACTURE in finding special client for his products
2- The DISTRIBUTOR shall intermediate the selling process.

Duties and obligations 

3- The MANUFACTURE grants the DISTRIBUTOR rights for selling his products within the territory of________.
4- The MANUFACTURE is not allowed to sell the products directly to the client who is introduced by the  DISTRIBUTOR.
5- The DISTRIBUTOR has right to compensation by the MANUFACTURE if the MANUFACTURE sells the products directly to the client of the DISTRIBUTOR.
6- The DISTRIBUTOR shall undertake the responsibility to increase and promote the sales of products in his territory.
7- All expenses such as transportation, travel, and phone will be of the DISTRIBUTOR.

Contract Terms  

8- This contract shall be valid for a period of ---------------.   
9- The contract term may be extended by agreement of both parties hereto.   
10- This contract may be terminated by either party after final settlement of all payments.   
The contract must be terminated by registered letter

Declaration of confidentiality

16- The Parties involved undertake to maintain secrecy over all business or commercial
matters which are or become known to them, including after the cessation of this contractual relationship.
