If the bar organizes happy hours every two hours after push a swith on the clock
becomes a time counter which display time from 02H00 to 00H00 (exemple 01H45 and
just after 01H44) until the next happy hour.
I attached a sketch of this product. The characteristics of this product should be :
* Swith to start the counter
* Time numbers in Red
* Height of numbers : 50mm
* Time numbers have to flash
* Work on batteries
* LCD or LED
