>POLY PROPYLENE BAGS

>Quantities required :
>1. 1000000 (one million ) Polypropylene bags weaving 11X11 for urea 50 kgms
>2. 2000000 (two million ) Polypropylene bags with inner bag of polyethylene
>
>Size: - length=105 cm +/- 1cm.
>- Width=57cm+/- 0.5 cm.
>- Weight=135gm+/- 5 gm.
>
>MOUTH: mouth of bag should be cuffed to inside or heat cut.
>SEWING: the outer bag folded at the bottom and sewn with vinylon yarn lock
>stitch (20 stitches per 10 cm +/-2stitch).
>WAVE: 11X11 strip per square inch.
>ULTRAVIOLET: polypropylene material must stand 7.5 hours of continues
>exposure to ultraviolet light without deterioration.
>DROP TEST: filled bags with 50 kg urea should be stand drop with\out
>bursting or tearing when dropped for five time flat from height up to three
>meters.
>
>PRINTING: one side with two colors with our mark.
>PACKING: each 1000 or 500 bags in one bale.
>
>INNER BAG (POLYETHYLENE)
>- Thickness: 50 micron.
>- Length = 115cm +/-1 cm.
>- Width = 62cm +/-0.5cm.
>- Weight= 65gm +/-5gm.
>- Seal width2-3mm and 8- 10mm away from the bottom.
