I am sorry to inform you that we don't agree with to pay the Bid charge 850USD,it is not a fair term to  *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø*  business is not the same as this....:) We deal with exporter business for many years,we also deal with some goverment purchasing...but we don't meet this event..So that if we don't get the same view....it is hard to do business with each other..As you know,Now China become more big and more flexible and we also get a great reputation in the world.
