| Additional Documents: Required Beneficiary’s & Manufacturer’s Irrevocable Indemnity under Beneficiary’s & Manufacturer’s official letter headed paper duly signed and sealed by two authorized officials of Beneficiary/Export Agent of manufacturer: Fujian Anxi Foreign Trade Corporation and Manufacturer: Xiamen Peke Co., Ltd., and duly attested by a traceable notary public/Lawyer/Government agency officer with complete address, telephone and fax contact of the attesting authority office confirming:
1. That all goods and packages are inspected for quality and quantity of the goods as well as the cartons/packing and are as per the PI no. PK-PI-01st-12-06-1 dated 1st Dec. 2006.
2. That container was inspected before loading and was found to be free from any kind of damages.
3. That goods loaded in the container are the same as inspected by the factory inspectors of Fujian Anxi Foreign Trade Corporation & Xiamen Peke Co., Ltd., which are covered in PI no. PK-PI-01st-12-06-1 dated 1st Dec. 2006.
4. That container was sealed by Fujian Anxi Foreign Trade Corporation and Xiamen Peke Co., Ltd., Inspectors after loading the goods covered by PI no. PK-PI-01st-12-06-1 dated 1st Dec. 2006.
5. That Fujian Anxi Foreign Trade Corporation and Xiamen Peke Co., Ltd., indemnify irrevocably that if any goods are found by applicants to have any kind of damages, breakages, manufacturers defects and or any kind or irregularity whatsoever that Fujian Anxi Foreign Trade Corporation and Xiamen Peke Co., Ltd., will provide 100 percent full credit to the buyers including the cost of freight and other charges for that portion of the goods to be measured by cbm, no questions asked.
6. That inner as well as outer packing is done in standard export packing and that printing is done as per agreement with Kemol’s logo as provided by the buyer on all sides of the cartons. That nowhere inside or outside any mark name or item number of the manufacturer or exporter is printed and that the only marks and item numbers printed are those of the buyers.
7. That no other goods are loaded in this container except the goods covered by PI no. PK-PI-01st-12-06-1 dated 1st Dec. 2006. 各位兄弟姐妹们，烦请帮忙看下，以上的notary public/Lawyer/Government agency officer，客人说可以找贸促会，法律顾问，律师等，具体的是怎么个操作？

| 按照全部要求用受益人和生产商的名义做一份不可撤销的担保(Indemnity),将要求证实的内容全部列上,请贸促会\商会证实并签章!------具体细节咨询当地贸促会\商会!

| 用有受益人公司名称的信纸做一份Irrevocable Indemnity ,将上面列出的从第1条到第7条全部原样抄上,由受益人和厂商签字盖章后,请贸促会\商会盖章!--------LC是纯粹的单据业务,所以你能够做的也是出具单据而已!
