| 我有个巴西客户已确认做样版不愿意付样板费，我要求客人先付30%订金不再收样板费用，客不同意。没有办法只能版费照收，我们开PI要求客付3XXUSD样板费，但***终只收到2XXUSD，我们也没有跟她计较（因为这个客人报价所需的单很大，），现在因为样板需要做的模很特殊，我们的供应商要根据客版重新报价，所以我要求此客付模费，并且有告诉客现在我们样板已在制作中，就只差没有做模，因为相差太大，我们这边在未收到所有样板费就不能答应继续做样板。并且在报价单上有注明落单后会将样板费退还给她。现在是客户不愿意再付模费，并且很生气。请参照客来EMAIL 给予一些意见，先谢了！ Hello, xxxx,
I’m very sorry but I DO NOT AGREE with this kind of procedure . You must have informed IN THE BEGINNING all the charges involved in the
sampling manufactuting. You have to ask your supplier, production whatever
... the costs and inform the customer correctly! First you informed there was NO CHARGE. Then you informed that was USD
3xx,00 , we made the remittance of the money... You asked some
informations about the product and confirmed that the samples were in
production... NOW you come back to us with a NEW CHARGE of USD 2xx.00????? I don’t think this is serious and reliable! I’m sorry. Please talk to your boss or whoever there to try to check this situation,
otherwise I guess we will quit the samples and decide to have our money
back! We have no guarantee that we will send the USD 2xx,00( what will then
totalize USD 5xx,00 of remittance) and next week your Company will be
charging us something else... Hope to hear from you URGENTLY!
