01. beneficiary¡¯s sight draft(s) in duplicate drawn on ourselves account opener bearing the clause ¡°drawn under arab bangladesh bank limited, epz branch, chittagong, bangladesh l/c no:0676-05-01-0020 dt.30-may-2005 for 100% invoice value.
02. beneficiary¡¯s signed commercial invoice in octuplicate certifying merchandise to be of china orgin and indicating that the goods are being imported under h.s code no:95010000, against irc no. ba-l28511 and lca no:102197.
03. full set of clean shipped ¡°on board¡± bill of lading showing ¡° freight prepaid¡± drwan to the order of arab bangladesh bank limited, epz branch, chiittagong, bangladesh and marked notfty openers of the credit.
04. packing list in tripilcate. packing should be seaworthy export standard and packing list must show the new weight and gross weight and detail packing specification.
05. a certificate of ¡°country of orign¡± must be issued by the govt./ *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø* ed authority of the exporter¡¯s country must accompany the original shipping ***uments. ¡°country of orign¡¯ must be printed / mentioned on goods or on packing of goods and a certificate to this effect must accompany the original ***s.
06. insurance covered in bangladesh certificate of shipment to be sent directly to eastern insurance  *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø* , zonal office, nib house, 32 agrabad c/a, chittagong, bangladesh and to the opener by dhl/federal express/ups immediately after shipment quoting marine cover note no: eic/ctg/mc-163/05/05, dated 30-may-2005 and this credit number, a copy of which supported by relevant original courier receipt as evidence to this effect must accompany the original ***uments.

07.  one full set of shipping ***uments(non-negotiable)should be sent to the L/C applicantby dhl/federal express/ups within seven days from the date of  *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø* ciary¡¯s statement along-with original courier receipt as evidence to this effect required for negotiation.
08.   beneficiary should send a telex(NO.633258 ABEPZBJ)toL/C cpening bank with 72 hours from the date of shipment  *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø*  date of shipment£¬name of vessel and amount of bill to be drawn  *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø*  shipment and L/C number and a copy of this telex should accompany the shipping ***uments.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A   beneficiary must certify on the invoices that goods shipped are strictly in accordance with the proforma invoice no FT825 DATED 27-MAY-2005 and that all other terms andconditions thereof have beenduly complied with.
B   all shipping ***uments must bear this L/C number with date and the wording import under¡±cfer¡±
C   ***uments must be negotiated within 15 days  *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø*  date of shipment but within the validity of letter of credit.
D   all bank charges are on beneficiarys account including reimbursement charge except for L/C opening charges whether L/C uttlized of not.
E   shipment by Israeli and other unban countrier liner/flag vessel strictly prohibited and a certificate to this effect must accompany the original cocuments.
F   shipment must be made perregular liner vessel and a certificate to this effect issued by the concerned shipping company or their authorized agent duly signed bye the signatory who signed the relative B/Lshould accompany the original ***uments.
G   third party,short form,blank back,multi-modal,container and combined transport B/L not acceptable
H   beneficlary should send the CRF certified final invoice and packing list with original ***s.
ADDITIONAL ***S,REQUIRED:
01 pre-shipment inspection for quantity,quality,description,classification and price should be carried out by M/Sintertek testing services LTD(ITS),the final invoice and packing list should be endorsed by the M/S,intertek testing services LTD(LTS)with the number and date of issuance of the CRF
02 the inspection certificate(CRF) must bear the signature of authorized officer of the inspecting agency and this certificate(CRF) must contain embossed seal of other types of marks approved bye the government concern.
03 The original CRF will be sent to the commissioner of customs of concernbd customs office at unloading port in Bangladesh through the local office of the inspecting.
