| 你用你司抬头公文纸，写上被邀请人的公司名称，被邀请人的职位及具体情况，如年龄等，家庭成员情况，你司因何原因邀请对方（如商务旅游等），逗留时间地点，***其遵守中国法律等等，盖上你司公章，同时也请被邀请人出具一份CERTIFICATE，如下：
Dear Sir or Madam: This is to certify that Mr XX will visit on JUNE XX and remain there for XX days for the visit .
Name Date of Birth Work Period Title
Since We,hereby, declare that we shall be responsible for Mr XX
A. Return to XX as scheduled
B. All expenses including travelling costs, accommodation, medical and insurance, etc.
C. Costs of Eventual Repatriation Please note, too, that we will maintain his position in CHINA during his stay in CHINA. We also guarantee that he will observe laws of CHINA We should be most grateful if the requisite visa could be issued at your earliest convenience. This is to certify that Yours faithfully, 客人公司章
