I have been directed to inform you that we have received a request from your agent here in my country, Mr. Frank Dave to represent you in the transfer of your fund worth $14,200,000.00 (fourteen million two hundred thousand dollars only). This fund is prsently in Standard Trust Bank PLC Nigeria.
WHEREAS this firm had received a part payment from your agent ($15,000.00), we have been able to secure two document to this project (Letter of Administration and Affidavits of Facts) but we are yet to secure the clearance certificate of this your fund. Your fund does not carry this cerificate from the NDLEA (Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency) and in going with the stipulated guidelines, your fund had to be cleared by this body and your agent could not provide the fund to do so thus while we are writing to you. The certificate will cost you the sum of $11,950.00 to obtian it.
We also need your bank account information where this fund had to be transferred into when it is approved.
We need your co-operation in serving you better and will require a quick response and actions to the requests stated above.
