If such terms are incorporated in the Credit, banks will accept the relative document(s) as presented, provided that it appears on its face to be in compliance with the other terms and conditions of the Credit and not to have been issued by the Beneficiary. 这是UCP500里的条款,有点不明白not to have been issued by the Beneficiary的含义,为什么不能是受益人开立的呢? 有谁明白,帮忙解释一下,多谢了
