2)对于进口非法检商品,一般不委托商检做品质检验-----只有自己公司取样化验出问题才委托商检做品质检验!

Why didn’t you reply by English? Is this condition fair to the seller regardless this item must be inspected by the CIQ or not? if this is related to big volume of transactions such as Oil, Bean, Cotton and Iron Ore, will the seller accept this condition of yours? 本帖子2007-01-29 17:50:13由BruceHuang进行编辑!!

I can’t image how poor your English writing ability is! Everytime you were unable to reply by English, you always said : Everyone can prefer to Radish or Chinese Cabbage! What I like to read is not only Chinese, however, you never write anything by English, how could you prove your intelligence quotient in the foreign trade and foreign language field according to your name? How did you sign the contract with the foreign businessmen? Did you require them to accept your requirement to arrange contract in Chinese?
Once you have courage to use a little English to write, you’re brave! If you avail the chance to do, you have the chance to win; but, once you are reluctant to do so, regardless of any factors, this means only that you lose even in the beginning!
With reference to the above inspection terms, I can ignore whether it must be inspected by CIQ or not, if you only take sample and test after you deliver the goods from the Customs, couldn’t you insert the bad quality goods in the original goods? How can the seller believe you? How can you claim according to this kind of basis? If you don’t take sample and apply for the inspection relying on the CIQ, SGS or other relevant authorities before delivery, do you think your seller will accept it? Meanwhile, if you don’t do so before delivery and the goods are delayed at the port, who pay for the demurrage charges? So, you can do nothing if you will have chance to face the big deals according to the above mentioned single but not mutually agreed terms of yours!
