If you remit usd40 to us, our bank have to receive the full payment of usd40, all banking charge and procedure fee must be paid by your side.

You see the problem is not the 40USD you requested but the problem is the money is too small to be transfer to your account b/c i have asked my bank they told me that and the money can not refflect in your account due to the transfer is an international transfer.
Anyway there\s nothing we can do unless you want to send the samples by frieght colletc when they bring the samples here we setle the bill here and colleted it.
