提醒大家注意出口 伊朗相关单证 ***规定：
1.所有去伊朗的货物提单上收货人不接受显示为TO ORDER 或者 TO ORDER OF....( 后缀)都不可以。如果货出运后发现，事后则不能够更改收货人，只能更改目的港;
2.所有到伊朗去的提供***装箱单，所提供的***装箱单上的收发货人必须跟提单上的收发货人是一致的;
3.根据伊朗海关***规定，在原来的要求规则上增加了对品名的限制， 下述品名均不接受出运至伊朗：
o Material, equipment, goods and technology which could contribute to the nuclear industry in enrichment-related, reprocessing or heavy water-related activities.
o Radioactive items (fissionable materials)
o Chemicals
- Amatol
- Nitroglicol
- Tetranitropentaeritrita
- Titanium or titanium alloys
- Graphite or carbon graphite
- Sirconium or sirconium alloys
- Flouropolymers
- Tantalum or tantalum alloys
o Micro-organisms and toxins
o Weapons
o Military vehicles
o Oil and Gas industry materials.
o Sensors and lasers, navigation and avionics
o Communication and information systems for military or nuclear industry
