Early this year,the President of the Federal republic of Nigeria Inogurated a five man committee to look into the activities of the NIGERIAN LIQUIFIED NATURAL GAS (NLNG) over the past 5  *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø*  the cause of our assignment,it was discovered that in the year 2000, the quality assurance director of the ministry Late Dr. Malu Kufo awarded a contract to a Japanese company for the supply and instalation of pipe lines in Warry refinary which has been completed and the actual contractual fee has long been paid to the company. 

We further discovered that the contract was over inflated to the tune of $15.5 US M (Fifteen million,five hundred thousand dollars).We have rounded up the assignment given to us and a perfect arrangement has been put in place for the release of the remaining part payment of the fee which is $15.5 M. 

Now in my country,civil servernts are prohibited from have foreign account which has made it very difficult for us to claim this  *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø*  this regard,i was mandated to seek for a foreign partner who will receive the funds on our  *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø*  have also decided that your share for this transaction,will be 20% of the total sum while the 70% is for us and the remaining 10% will be used for any expenses that will be incured during the execution of this transaction.
