此信用证上所呈交的每套单据,出现不符点将扣除75欧元或相等费用.此声明并不意味着我们会对存在不符点的单据偿付.除非,不符点或相似不符点在支付时被忽略.不符点费用由受益人承担.
(这一条应是对交单行讲的)根据UCP500第9A节,此信用证由***的开证行负责,请将所有单据寄往以下这个地址,其它地址不被允许.

with reference to the provisions of art。9A of the UCP500 this credit constitutes A definite undertaking of the issuing bank ,only if the ***uments are sent to the address detailed below.
