| 信用证上开证申请人与B/L通知人(Notify: applicant!)并没有不一样啊!
*如果你已经这样出具了提单,就是不符点------应该尽快修改提单!

提单上面的通知人是：POWERICA INTERNATIONAL （FZE），EXECUTIVE SUITES，Y2-106，SAIF ZONE，SHARJAH，U。A。E。

| 这一条,跟上面要求翻译的那几条,都是开证银行给通知行\议付银行的指示,不但跟受益人没有直接的关系,而且通常也是不可能修改的,所以根本不必要理会!

3 copies of certificate of origin issued by the chamber of commerce and industry in the exporting country station that: 1 clause or 2 clause
后面那个INDUSTTY它不是跟IN THE EXPORTING COUNYTY连在一块的吗？

| 请问下，哪位知道花旗银行在阿联酋有没有分支机构了？我跟客户说统一一下银行的名称，他说在阿联酋只有一个花旗。问银行的老师，只说详细的寄单地址有吧，有就没关系！但是我在网上查到好像有分支的。
