F817 Inspection certificate issued and singed by agent of applicant. Mr. Ralf *域名隐藏* singature must be verified by the issuing bank. A photo copy of Mr. Theus’s passort with his photo on it is to be added to this inspection.
A copy of this confirmation has to be presented. F4032 Sampleof actual finished products must be sent to buyer for approval before the shipment and confirmation fro *域名隐藏* by applicant have to be advised to beneficiary through L/C opening bank of advising bank.
A copy of this confirmation has to be presented. F616 FInspecion certificate issued and signed by the applicant's representative stating that goods have been inspected priior to shipment and are in good *域名隐藏* name of applicant'preventativewho will be signing the inspection certificate,will advised by way of an amendment from opening bank by encoded swift to the advising bank, copy of this amendment to accompany documents for negotation.
A copy of this confimation has to be presented. F9349 Original tested telex/swift advice issued prior to shipment at the instructions of L/C applicant by L/C issuing bank to beneficiary through the advising bank, confirming name of vessel,fulfillment of shipment, requirements and quality control and acceptance of goods, issuance of this advice is at the sole discretion of the applicant.
A copy of this confirmation has to be presented. F9350 The goods will be shipped upon the vessel appionted by the *域名隐藏* name of the vessel will be appionted prior to the shipment by way of an amendment of this credit by the opening bank at the instructions of the applicant. Copy of this amendment must accompany documents for negotiation.
A copy of this confirmation has to be presented.

信用证开证申请人在装运前\由开证行通过通知行发给受益人的\正本\经过电传\SWIFT证实的通知书,(该通知书)需确认船名,(指示)安排装船,具体要求和质量控制标准以及(承诺)接受货物,出具这样的通知应完全出自开证申请人的意愿!
一份确认书的复印件要求提供!
issuance of this advice is at the sole discretion of the applicant.----如果开证申请人不要求开证行发这样的通知,实际上你收到的信用证根本就没有用! 以下是引用tender_wind在2006-12-4 10:00:26的发言：

| 谢谢啦,真的学到不少,那么我对第三条的理解是:开证申请人的代表在检查***上签字,而这个代表将由开证申请人通过开证行修改信用证通知通知行.这个修改后的信用证将一起提供作议付时用的单据.不知道是不是这样的啊?

| 意思基本理解正确!如果要翻译注意下面几点:
1)priior(PRIOR) to shipment:装船前
2)The name of applicant'preventative:开证申请人代表的姓名
3)by encoded swift:经过加密的SWIFT
4)copy of this amendment "这个修改后的信用证复印件"不如说是信用证修改书复印件!

信用证申请人须在发货前确认船名、装运条款、产品质量要求、和可接受货物条款通过开证行的通知行以电传的形式通知受益人。信用证申请人持有对通知书鉴署持有特权。
