is, a lifting license when issued to a company, gives the company an agent/mandate status to the National Petroleum Agency which means that the company is Authorized to source for and negotiate with prospective buyers for sale of crude oil on behalf of the National Petroleum Agency. This agent/mandate status if given to a company entitles the company to a commission of between US$2.00 - US$5.00 per barrel of crude oil. The commissions vary depending on the mode of delivery (CIF, TTT, FOB). On a 2 Million barrel crude oil sale transaction whereby a commission of US$2.00 is agreed upon, the license beneficiary
company shall be entitled to a commission of US$4 Million. 

The license on ground has a lifting capacity of 12 Million barrels per annum. You can imagine how much commission is accruable from the sale of $12 Million barrels a year for 5 years. In summary, i am
proposing to you to join me in equal equity (50:50) partnership on this crude oil lifting and sale project, which is already on course. I intend that if we agree, i will have the issued license re-assigned to your company name thereby making your company an
agent of the National Petroleum Agency for sale of crude oil. As an Official, we are not allowed to engage in lifting and sale operations or assist in facilitating any such license for any clients. This is why i need you and have come to you at this time. This i can work and handle efficiently. If we have an understanding, I will have your company neatly packaged for a swift and successful license re-assignment bid.

The other two persons wasted about 6 weeks of my time requiring price quotes,for milk,medicines & food. Needless to say, I did some investigating(these guys were good,they made legal papers look legitimate,etc.)When you have someone that contacts you saying they are from an Organization where they have millions of dollars to invest in your product,be aware,it's probably a scam. In turn what these scam artists do, they try to get your banking information,personal &professional information(they act like they are your friend) then they still your identity. It happened to me!  The scam artists will also tell you that you have to register yur product(s) with the minister of finance or health authority. IT"S SCAM! The way I found out this information, I contacted the local Embassy of there country, and also went twww(dot) *ÓòÃûÒþ²Ø*  searched the countrie's policy. After I was pressured to give these scammers $6500.00 & didn't they sent my computer a virus(which didn't hit). I really feel for poor innocent person's in the world who truly want to better there lives,because it's scammers like these, that makes suppliers such as you & I not want to trade with the country. I got  two fraud emails this morning, so basically the deal is, anybody wants to do business with me will prepay either by western union or funds transfer in US dollars,before order. The plan is to send my customers a prepay invoice,after payment is verified,they receive another confirmation & then another one when shipped & then we get one from freight,I do not just volunteer information either,sometimes the less people know about you the better off,however, I normally get to know & know my clients & have a good "business" feeling about them also. I hope this helped & keep your chin up remember,you can always report scam artistwww(dot)411scam(dot)com  I did. Good Luck!
